Do patients call your office with questions about their billing statement, and you wish you could see the same piece of paper that they have in their hands? Now you can!

In Dentrix, you can automatically have a copy of the Billing Statement sent to the guarantor’s Document Center whenever statements are printed or sent electronically through QuickBill. That way when they call your office with questions, you can quickly pull up the exact document they are referring to.

To activate this feature, go to Office Manager > Maintenance > Practice Setup > Preferences, and select the Print Options tab. Check the box labeled Copy Billing Statements to Document Center. It’s that easy!
