Did you know that when you break a scheduled appointment, it is moved to the Unscheduled List? You can use the Unscheduled List to manage your broken appointments and fill holes in your schedule. To open the Unscheduled List, in the Appointment Book, select Appt List and the in Select List drop-down, select Unscheduled List. Double-click an appointment in the list to make changes to the appointment information.
