If you need a report from which you can view patient balance information, and use filter criteria to identify patients based on account aging, insurance claim status, or last payment date, use the Collections Manager.
Once you have customized the report by selecting from over 30 columns of information to display, you can use it to generate collection letters, send email messages, or use it as a list to make collections phone calls from.
