As the end of the year is fast approaching, it’s a good idea to find those patients who have treatment-planned procedures without appointments AND who have unused dental insurance benefits remaining. You can do so by creating a Treatment Manager view that uses filters to identify patients who fit certain criteria. And by generating this list, it’s a win-win situation—you can get patients scheduled for the treatment that has been diagnosed, which will help to increase your production, and your patients who still have insurance benefits remaining that they need to use up can do so before their coverage starts over in January.


Generate a list of patients who meet this criteria, and start calling them to schedule those appointments before the year runs out!
