You know he has done this several times over the past few weeks, but you aren’t sure how many times it’s happened. Did you know that Dentrix keeps track of this for you?
Every time you break an appointment for a patient using the Break Appointment button, Dentrix records the date the patient was originally scheduled and updates the Missed Appointment counter in the Family File.
An entry indicating a broken appointment, including the appointment reason, is also added to the patient’s Office Journal. That’s a lot that happens with the click of a single button!
