Each of these opportunities helps shape future Dentrix and related product releases and give you a chance to experience new features before they are generally available. Dentrix Customer Advisory Panel
We’re looking for practices currently using Dentrix who are willing to submit feedback via surveys, interview phone calls, and webinars to collaborate with our product development teams. Participants will help us understand the kinds of changes that are needed in the Dentrix software and why they are important to you. Participants also have direct access to new Dentrix features as soon as they are available.
Dentrix Beta Test Practices
Beta Test Practices receive the latest Dentrix releases as new features are created. We are looking for additional practices to help us test new features and work with developers as they create and release product updates. By giving us feedback related to the Dentrix upgrades and enhancements you receive and begin using, you can give real-life perspectives on how new features are working and how they can be improved. Beta testers will have access to dedicated support techs and subject matter experts as you work together to prepare Dentrix releases for general release.
How to Participate
It’s important that we have a diverse group of participants—from both metropolitan and rural areas, single and multi-site practices, and established and new practices—to ensure the changes and updates we make to Dentrix are applicable for a wide range of users.
