Now, when you submit billing statements for electronic processing, printed statements will include both a URL and a QR code that your patients can use to enter their payment online!
You don’t need to change anything to have this happen. In fact, it has been happening for a few weeks already.
When patients point their smart-device’s camera at the QR code on a billing statement, their own personal payment site opens. This gives them a super-convenient option to pay off their balance.
