Did you know you can access the Appointment Book from the Treatment Planner? This makes making chair-side appointments easy!

From the Treatment Planner, click Options > Other Appointments. This opens the Appointment Book as well as the Family Appointment List dialog box.

From this dialog box you can select family members, and see each person’s past and future Continuing Care appointments, as well as procedures included in treatment plans.

Click the Create New Appointment button and fill in the necessary information to schedule their appointment.

Using this feature is a great way to save a patient’s time and avoid bottlenecks at the front desk after appointments.
